At Tamilnadu Pets Online, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and exclusive promotions to our genuine customers across Tamil Nadu and India. Our discounts are designed to reward loyalty and facilitate ethical pet adoption.

To maintain the integrity of our offers and the economic viability of our operations, we adhere to a strict Fair Usage & Anti-Fraud Policy. The following terms govern the use of all coupon codes, referral bonuses, and seasonal offers.

1. Eligibility & Scope of Offers

Promotional codes are issued for specific purposes, such as "New Pet Parent" welcomes, seasonal festivals, or loyalty rewards. These codes are a privilege, not a right.

Single Use Protocol: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all discount codes are valid for a single use per customer, per household, and per IP address.
Non-Transferable: Personalized codes sent via email or SMS are intended solely for the recipient and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Stacking Prohibition: Multiple discount codes cannot be "stacked" or combined in a single transaction. Only one code may be applied per checkout session.

2. Right to Revoke & Suspend Offers

Tamilnadu Pets Online reserves the absolute, unilateral right to revoke, cancel, or suspend any promotion, discount code, or special offer immediately and without prior notice if our security systems detect any of the following malicious activities:

Fraudulent Sharing: The unauthorized distribution of exclusive, single-user codes on public coupon sites (e.g., CouponDunia, GrabOn), WhatsApp groups, or social media platforms.
System Abuse (Multi-Accounting): The creation of multiple fake accounts, email IDs, or phone numbers by a single user to exploit "New User" discounts or referral bonuses repeatedly.
Bot Activity: The use of automated scripts or "scraping" tools to test random codes at checkout.
Suspicious Activity: Any transaction flagged by our payment gateway (Razorpay/Stripe) as potential fraud, misuse, or a violation of our fair usage terms.

3. Order Cancellation & Price Correction

We employ automated fraud detection algorithms that scan every order for policy violations.

A. Consequences of Violation

In the event that a customer is found to be abusing the discount system:

Immediate Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the order entirely and refund the amount paid (minus any gateway processing fees).
Full Price Processing: Alternatively, we may process the order at the Full Standard Price, removing the illegitimately applied discount. The customer will be contacted to pay the difference before dispatch.
Blacklisting: Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the Tamilnadu Pets Online, Ero Pets, and Nearby Pets India ecosystem.

B. Validity & Availability

All offers are valid strictly "While Stocks Last." We reserve the right to end a promotion early if inventory levels for a specific breed or product category are depleted. Application of a code at checkout does not guarantee stock allocation until the payment is successfully captured.
